Let’s do yoga!!


Hello! I trained at Flow Yoga Center in DC and hold a 200-hour teaching certification, and have also completed additional training in both yin yoga and advanced anatomy. Do yoga with me?!

Yin/Restorative: Tuesdays, 8pm (Eastern time)

This class focuses on deep relaxation, however we can find it each week. Classes will typically begin with a breathing exercise and then move on to a slow physical practice that targets a specific area of the body. The vibe is going to be relaxing on the floor rather than being particularly active. This class is perfect for those who want to destress from the day and to get ready for a restful night of sleep.

Anatomy and Alignment: Saturdays, 9:30am (Eastern time)

A more active class with sequencing that will focus on therapeutic practices and alignment. Expect a deep exploration of form, and micro-adjustments that will enable you to gain further understanding into your physical practice. This class is suitable for those looking for an active recovery practice. Emphasis will be on going slow, having fun, and creating an inclusive environment for yogis of all levels.

Private or in-person group classes

Due to the pandemic, these are available on a case-by-case basis. I have experience in not only offering private or small group instruction, but also structuring group classes around themes, such as new moon or full moon ceremonies, harvest festivals, fire festivals, etc. I am happy to work with you to determine what would be most suitable for your practice.
